BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH by TRIDON
The stop light switch is a mechanical device used to control operation of vehicle stop lights. The switch is designed to complete the circuit with the application of the brake pedal allowing stop light operation.
A secondary function of the switch may be performed on vehicles with cruise control. The stop light switch is used to interrupt the cruise control circuit and disengage the cruise control when the brake pedal is applied.
