Wynn’s Hydraulic Systems Concentrate containing the unique Wynn’s Friction Proofing® Package, is a hydraulic oil supplement formulated to prevent and control fluid leakage and improve pump life, while it revitalises seals and O-rings.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS CONCENTRATE by WYNNS PROFESSIONAL
Wynn’s Hydraulic Systems Concentrate was developed to meet the specific requirements of industrial hydraulic systems using petroleum based hydraulic fluids.
Wynn’s Hydraulic Systems Concentrate is formulated to provide the following benefits:
Reduce friction, wear and heat in pumps and equipment
Preserve hydraulic system cleanliness and reduce corrosion
Minimise cavitation and air entrapment
Prevent and control hydraulic oil system leaks
Improve seal and O-ring life that cause system leaks
Provide a unique blend of anti-wear/anti-foam additives
Suitable for all hydraulic systems using petroleum based fluids
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS CONCENTRATE by WYNNS PROFESSIONAL
Wynn’s Hydraulic Systems Concentrate is particularly suited to earth moving equipment, Forestry/logging equipment, paving equipment, hoists/jacks, and cranes.
It is also suitable for rubbish disposal/compactors, presses/tube bending, winch drives/line tensioners and steering systems/bow thrusters.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS CONCENTRATE by WYNNS PROFESSIONAL
Add 2% to 5% Wynn’s Hydraulic Systems Concentrate to conventional or compounded petroleum base hydraulic fluid. This will be dependent upon the severity of leakage or operating conditions (high temperature operation will require the introduction of higher concentrations).
When uncompounded hydraulic fluids are being used, 5% to 8% of Wynn’s Hydraulic Systems Concentrate should be added for full protection.
