PETROL EGR EXTREME CLEANER by WYNNS PROFESSIONAL

Wynn’s Petrol EGR Extreme Cleaner dissolves gum, lacquer, tar, carbon and varnish, and restores perfect airflow towards the combustion chamber.

Wynn’s Petrol EGR Extreme Cleaner has been developed to provide the following benefits:

PETROL EGR EXTREME CLEANER by WYNNS PROFESSIONAL

Cleaning of air intake manifold, air flow sensor and inlet valves (Method A):

Warm up engine. Remove the air filter.
Run engine up to 2000 rpm.
Spray 200 ml product in short burst into the air intake manifold.
Rpm will drop during spraying. Allow the revs to pick back up before resuming.
If necessary, actuate the throttle to avoid stalling.
Let the engine idle for a few minutes with occasional throttle actuations, but do not exceed 3000 rpm.
Leave the engine running for at least one minute after the last acceleration.
Stop the engine. Put filter back in place.

Cleaning of EGR valve (Method B):

If the valve is close to the air filter housing, use Method A.
If the valve is at a more remote distance look if it is possible to remove a hose or pipe near to the valve. Inject the product towards the EGR valve position in this opening.
If the valve is at a remote distance from this point and it is impossible to spray closer to the valve, use an extension tube.
For the rest of the treatment act as in Method A.

Cleaning of EGR valve – Easy accessible:

If the EGR valve housing is easy accessible and the EGR is easy to dismantle.
Dismantle EGR valve.
Spray the product directly on the valve, housing and other components, until these parts are very wet.
Let the product act a few minutes.
Spray again on the parts, until all the dirt has been removed.
It can help to remove the dirt with a piece of cloth or paper tissue.
Dry the parts with compressed air, cloth or paper tissue.
During this treatment it is not necessary to have the engine running.
Only the valve is cleaned with this method. The air tubing can only be cleaned according to the directions under Method A and B.

Do not spray on painted surfaces. In such case, immediately clean with water to prevent damage.

Suitable for cleaning the air intake manifold, inlet valves, airflow sensor and EGR system of all petrol engines. It is recommended to be used at each service interval to maintain cleanliness.
